I am terribly concerned. As a first time buyer with Carbon38, have reached out multiple times documented via email to customer care, as well as attempted phone calls to no avail in attempts to perform a return. I followed the prompts per their return policy. They have NOT upheld their end of their policy, I HAVE NOT received my return label, nor have they begun any type of return process nor have they reached out in reply to my emails. My next steps are to contact the BBB and my credit card company to dispute charges. Any advice outside of this anyone cane lend?
I purchased three items from their website and need to return one top because it just doesn't fit nicely. I have emailed 4 times and have not received any replies. I have called twice and after 5 minutes I hear a message that there's no one available to answer my call and the line is hung up on me. This is ridiculous as returning an item is a simple and basic service offered effortlessly by all the other brands and I'm shocked to have such an experience from Cabon38! I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore after this experience.

It's ironic when you drop $20 on Amazon that you should get better customer service then dropping over 500 on a ski suit... Carbon 38 has a female CEO and you would think in 2021 their customer service policy would recognize anyone buying from them is supporting independent brands. Most any other brand would discard their 30-day money back guarantee in lieu of A defective item. But no, not carbon38. They've decided to give the worst customer service for a luxury brand ever so as to make sure they become obsolete and go out of business in the next year. I bought a perfect moment ski suit which is one of my favorite brands and I own two other things from them... the zipper on the ski suit came off after my third wear which is obviously a defect (they retail for $800). When I reached out to the brand they said obviously I should get it replaced but I needed to go through the place where I originally bought it so if I went to carbon 38... Fully expecting they would recognize that the item sold to me was not a typical fashion piece but technical ski gear (if you want to sell these kind of things stand by quality assurance because the ski suit is not like a dress that you will wear within 30 days, in a pandemic it's up to when the ski hose open for timing when you will actually get to wear your item). I could have bought it from somewhere else but I wanted to support a female-owned entity and boy do I hope that these chicks flip over on their backs and go extinct. (Perfect moment by the way stepped in and is handling the fixing of my suit, in fact so I can hit the last weekend open they are sending me a replacement suit so right after I finish this review of "never shop at carbon38", I will be posting a review of customer service excellence of perfect moment. In a pandemic when someone chooses to not buy from Amazon that is a sign of support and the fact that carbon 38 just quipped back their 30-day return policy to me instead of acknowledging a defective item makes them tone deaf archaic and I can't wait for them to go out of business. Do not shop with them, go to the brand directly!
I wear a size 2, and I purchased the Marvel leggings in Rose Gold (size small.) They are SO tiny, they would barely fit a slim 8 year old girl. I have never seen any sizing so "off" in my entire life. My boyfriend said they look like they would fit on a toy. Order at least 2 sizes up here. Seriously.
My tracking says my return was received almost three weeks ago. I have emailed Carbon38 twice to inquire about the status of my package with no response. No one answers the customer service number either. Won’t be shopping here again.
You will never reach anyone on the phone! They will email several days later and not address the issue. Mine was a return and reading that you have 7 days for a return finally got a reply of someone looking up my order to tell me it was a thanksgiving sale so final sale.
Which I did not see that at check out or when I ordered at all. I had several orders and it had final sale with items that were already marked down. I would think they would have at least an exchange policy what if an item does not fit. The item I bought and tried to return was $350 with thanksgiving day sale $279 not including tax. Also, shiny items came with folded creases.
Wrote to the company that my order wasn’t received but there was no response. The order was received 3 days late and the crop tops that state they are for yoga and other activity are not at all suitable for activity. The straps fall off every 2 min. Other items I’ve purchased have quickly fallen apart without any response from the company.
I am so happy I read the review's. We will not be using this store at all. Most of these website stores be thee wost!

I’ve made the order on 6 Nov, and still not get any updates of my order or any tracking updates. Also, I’ve e-mail few times to the customer care but never get any reply.
Slowest return process I have ever encountered. I guess they aren’t willing to pay for a fast service it’s looking like my item won’t be in their warehouse for 2 weeks, I’m across the country not across the globe that’s ridiculous. And then the additional wait time for them to scan it and process the return. Should be so much fun. ????
Returned three items on 11/2 and one on 11/3.. Two were refunded 11\10 finally! All I want is my money back so I can move on.
11/12/20 Update: One item returned was delivered on Monday. Its Thursday evening and still no refund. The other return is still out there somewhere.

Carbon38 provided a return label for my return. I mailed my return on August 28th and my package has been sitting at your facility. It will be three weeks that I have been waiting for my refund. I have sent an email regarding this matter last week and have received no response. Very disappointed
